Letter from Tanzanian Bishop

Bishop Samson Mushemba, the Presiding Bishopof the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania, sent this letter to Bishop Mark Hanson, in which Bishop Mushemba expressed his grave concerns about the church council recommendations regarding sexuality.
